You can book an appointment online on our website using the 'Book now' buttons. You can also call, text, or WhatsApp us at 07470 553848 to book and check availability. Bookings can be made outside of opening hours for an additional charge. Online bookings usually have a cut-off of 12 hours, so if you wish to book for the same day, please call or text to check availability. When booking your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your visit.

Yes, we offer both physical gift cards and eGift cards for friends and family. Physical gift cards will be loaded with the specified amount before collection or posting. For any questions, please contact 07470 553848.

Yes, if you book a package of 5 treatments, you will receive a 5% discount and for a package of 10 treatments, you will receive a 10% discount. For any other discounts, please ask.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or don’t show up, a 50% fee applies. For illness-related cancellations, fees may apply at my discretion. Check your appointment confirmation for the full policy details.

Yes, you can cancel or change your appointment. Please call, text, or WhatsApp us at 07470 553848 to discuss changes. You can also reschedule your appointment via the text appointment link. Yes, as a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT) Complementary Healthcare Therapist Register, Restorative Body Clinic is approved to accept private health insurance for some therapies. A number of private healthcare insurance providers offer policies that cover complementary therapies, such as Bupa, Axa, Vitality, Health Shield, Paycare, UK Healthcare, Westfield Health. Due to vast number of policies and insurers, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that part or all of the cost of treatment will be covered by the policy held. If you wish to book a treatment and claim the costs back from your private health provider, please advise at the time of booking. Invoices are provided.

If this is your requirement, the Tuina massage will be best suited for you. A towel is placed over the clothes to provide a surface for friction, making some manipulations easier, especially during deeper or more vigorous manipulations, reducing skin irritation.

I offer external mobile wellness services for certain specialised treatments if you're unable to travel. I don’t offer home visits for massage therapy. If you’d like to check whether your treatment is suitable or ask about travel costs, please contact me in advance on 07470 553848. This service is payable in advance.
