In 2013 I studied and qualified as a Holistic Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist which has helped me help clients from all walk of life with a multitude of conditions. Now my treatments include sports massage, hot stones massage, gua sha, fire cupping, lymphatic draining and PEMF.

Treatments
Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue of areas of the body to bring about improvements in health such as relaxation, improved sleep or specific benefits such as relief of muscular aches and pains. All treatments use a variety of techniques which are used as appropriate to the patients condition.
Remedial massage has the intention of remedying the body. These massages holistically look at the entire body with the focus on treating pain, structural dysfunctions and helping injury rehabilitation. This is used for all massages except relaxation though an holistic approach is used in all treatments.
Our holistic approach to sports and remedial massage therapy using traditional along with conventional methods will provide personalised treatments to aid in your healing and restoration.
