In 2013 I studied and qualified as a Holistic Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist which has helped me help clients from all walk of life with a multitude of conditions. Now my treatments include sports massage, hot stones massage, scar therapy including c-section, tuina massage (fully clothed) gua sha, fire cupping, cellulite reduction, lymphatic draining and PEMF.
I am fully insured, a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and a Restore Scar Therapist.
I am a qualified GP referral instructor, nutritionist and personal trainer.
Do you have medical insurance?
If you have medical insurance, you may be eligible to claim for complementary therapies such as massage, lymphatic drainage
etc. Coverage varies by provider and policy, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance company to confirm eligibility, required documentation, and claim procedures.
Please advise when booking an invoice is required.

Restorative Body Clinic offers mobile wellness services tailored for clients seeking specialised care who are unable to attend the clinic. Please note that massage therapy is NOT included as a mobile wellness service.

Treatments
Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue of areas of the body to bring about improvements in health such as relaxation, improved sleep or specific benefits such as relief of muscular aches and pains. Remedial massage has the intention of remedying the body. These massages holistically look at the entire body with the focus on treating pain, structural dysfunctions and helping injury rehabilitation. This is used for all massages except relaxation though an holistic approach is used in all treatments.
