Owned and run by Vida Propert, Restorative Body Clinic offers a personalised approach to massage and therapeutic care. Since qualifying as a Holistic Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist in 2013, I have continued to develop my skills and specialist training to support clients with a range of needs.
Treatments include lymphatic drainage massage, post operative care, scar therapy including c-section, cosmetics, orthopaedic and oncology scar therapy, sports and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hot stones massage, abdominal massage, Tuina massage (fully clothed) Gua Sha, fire cupping, PEMF and other advanced therapies.
I am fully insured, a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Restore Scar Therapy Directory, LTA Therapist Directory and the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA). I also am a qualified GP referral instructor, nutritionist and personal trainer.

Remedial massage has the intention of remedying the body. These massages holistically look at the entire body with the focus on treating pain, structural dysfunctions and helping injury rehabilitation. This is used for all massages except relaxation though an holistic approach is used in all treatments.
